Revisions Policy

1. Included Revisions

Each order placed with Visionary Creators includes revision rounds as specified in your package tier:

  • • Creative Validation Test: 1 post-production revision round per creative
  • • Velocity Engine Retainer: Up to 2 post-production revision rounds per creative
  • • Full-Stack Acquisition: Unlimited post-production revisions (managed internally)

Revisions must be based on information provided in the original creative brief. Visionary Creators cannot be held responsible for revisions needed due to missing or inaccurate information in the client brief.

2. Revision Timeline

Once creative is presented to the client, the client has 5 business days to submit revision requests. After this period, Visionary Creators reserves the right to refuse revisions or charge an additional fee for late requests.

3. Additional Revisions

If you require revisions beyond your included rounds, additional revision rounds are available at $75 per round per creative. This covers re-editing, re-shoots (if necessary), and redelivery.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, bespoke nature of our services, all orders are strictly non-refundable once production has begun. Production begins the moment creators have been briefed and/or products have been shipped. This is a non-negotiable term of doing business with Visionary Creators.

Before production begins: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided no physical products have been shipped to our creators and no creative brief has been submitted.

Retainer Cancellation: Monthly retainers (e.g., Velocity Engine) must be cancelled at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. If cancelled within the 15-day window, the upcoming month will be billed and fulfilled as scheduled.

After production begins: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the final delivered content after all included revision rounds have been used, contact us at contact@visionarycreators.co.uk and we will work with you to find a resolution. This may include partial credit, re-shoots with different creators, or other accommodations at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued post-production.

5. Quality Guarantee

All content goes through our internal quality control process before delivery. We ensure brand alignment, technical quality (resolution, audio, lighting), and brief compliance. If delivered content has a clear technical defect (corrupted files, wrong aspect ratio, missing audio), we will redeliver at no additional cost.

6. Usage Rights

Upon full payment and approved delivery, all content produced is transferred to the client with unlimited, perpetual usage rights. You may use the content across all channels — paid ads, organic social, email, website, print, and any other marketing materials — without additional licensing fees.
