Terms of Production

  1. The Production Clock: Our turnaround time officially begins *only after* the tracking number marks your product as "Delivered" to the creator.
  2. Product Returns: Products shipped to our creators are considered promotional consumables and will not be returned.
  3. Revisions: Standard packages include 1 round of post-production editing revisions. Complete video reshoots are not covered unless the creator explicitly ignored the instructions you provided in this exact brief.
